CBZ500 Super thin film vacuum instantaneous cooker

CBZ500 Super thin film vacuum instantaneous cooker is super thin film vacuum instantaneous concentrator. It can be used for preheated and concentrator, meanwhile the process just takes a few minute. The structure design is made by heated-chamber inside and outside. The materials flow between the interval of inside and outside heated-chamber, heated by two sides. The interval is very narrow, the area of heated-chamber is wide, the cubage of materials is small and the ratio is over 1300 times.

The moisture of syrup is heated, boil off, and become steam bubble that surrounded by confection film in concentrator. The steam-bubble is broken, when it comes in the vacuum evaporated-room, the vapor is taken away by vacuum. The rested-confection stays in it. The moisture is evaporated again, so the confection film of temperature is down; when the moisture get balance, confection film falls down to get together the confection wanted. Furthermore, you can adopt the elementary concentration or secondary concentration according to your demand to confection’s quality.

CBZ500 cooking machine is suitable for the hard candy and soft candy of high milk fat, high protein and fruit.
