    1. Before entering the molding machine, the toffee candy bars will go through a cooling table for cooling; Hard candy does not need to be cooled, and after the stretching machine, it directly enters the candy forming machine.

    2. The molding method of toffee is chain molding technology, and the chain molding machine is the core part of the production line. It uses chains to transport the syrup and shape it through molds. Syrup is poured or injected into the mold, and then formed through the movement of the chain to ensure the shape and taste of the toffee, and to ensure sufficient filling amount; And the hard candy is stamped and then molded into a mold.

    How are toffees made?

      1. Prepare ingredients: usually including sugar, cream, syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla, or other seasonings.

      2. Mixing and heating: Mix the raw materials and heat them to a certain temperature to completely dissolve the sugar, forming asyrup.

      3. Boiling: Boil the syrup to a specific temperature, which will affect the final hardness of the toffee.

      4. Cooling: The boiled syrup needs to be cooled to a suitable temperature for operation.

      5. Forming: Inject the cooled syrup into the mold and wait for it to completely cool and solidify.

      6. Packaging: Once the syrup has solidified, it can be packaged.

      7. Filling: Yikoulian toffee may contain sandwiches, which require the addition of sandwich materials during the molding process.

      Homemade recipe for toffee (for reference):

      -Ingredients: light cream, sugar, water or maltose, coffee, salt.

      -Step: Add all the ingredients to the pot at once, simmer over low heat until it reaches around 125 degrees Celsius, until it reaches the hardness of the lotus root. If you like it hard, you can continue heating it to 135-145 degrees.

      -Tip: Soft candy has good fluidity and is slightly sticky when taken out of the pot, while hard candy has thick syrup and is not sticky to the spatula. Do not overcook to avoid affecting taste and causing sticky teeth.
