Haven’t you found the right Automatic Double-Colored Square Bubble Gum Production Line yet?
Producing four-color marshmallows in the factory requires precise process control and automation equipment. YUCHO can provide you with a complete set of marshmallow production machines. The production of marshmallows candy usually requires the following steps:
1. Prepare the necessary raw materials, including sugar, corn syrup, water, gelatin, glycerin, food coloring, and spices.
2. Mix sugar, corn syrup, and water in a stainless steel sugar pot, heat the syrup to about 120 ° C (248 ° F), which is the key temperature for the formation of marshmallow and forms the base syrup.
3. Add gelatin and glycerin that have been softened with cold water to the syrup, which helps improve the stability and texture of marshmallow.
4. Stirring and beating: Beat the heated syrup through a high-speed mixer to make it light and gradually expand.
During the beating process, add different colored food pigments in order to the color changing machine to form a four color layer. This requires a special conveying system and time control to ensure uniform color distribution.
7. Spread powder on the conveyor belt, extrude the colored cotton candy into strips or specific shapes through an extruder, pass through the conveyor belt, and send it to a servo sugar cutter to cut it into the specified size.
8. Place the cut cotton candy in a tray and place it in a drying room to remove surface moisture in a dry environment to prevent sticking.
YUCHO marshmallow machine adopts PLC automation and servo motor precise control system. In order to improve production efficiency, automated conveyor belts, cutting machines, and packaging machines may also be used. The key to making four-color cotton candy lies in controlling heating, inflation, stirring, and coloring, as well as how to mix different colors of cotton candy to achieve a beautiful effect.

What was marshmallow originally used for?
Marshmallow did not initially appear as candy, but had a medicinal origin. Marshmallow originated in ancient Egypt and was originally a type of honey candy that was flavored and thickened with cotton candy plant juice. In the 19th century, doctors extracted juice from the root of the marshmallow plant, boiled it with protein and sugar, and then stirred the mixture into a foam protein crust. After hardening, it was made into a medicinal candy used to relieve children's throat pain. Over time, marshmallows have gradually evolved into the form of desserts we are familiar with today.

What was the original marshmallow plant?
The initial cotton candy did not come from a plant, but appeared as a candy. However, the name marshmallow comes from a plant, the Althaea officinalis, also known as the Marshmallow plant. This plant was used for medicinal purposes in ancient times, and its roots contain a gum that can be made into ointments or other preparations for treating sore throats and other diseases. Over time, marshmallows have evolved into the form of candy we are familiar with today, but their name retains its association with this plant.
