Candy Batch Roller

● Batch roller can quickly achieve the extrusion molding of sugar blocks and the central injection of sauce sugar blocks.
● The cone roller group has four cone rollers distributed in a rectangular structure, and the cone rollers are set in the insulation box along the extension direction of the insulation box.
● The sauce conveying pipe is set in the middle position of the four cone rollers.
● The molding speed of the sugar can be adjusted based on the inclination angle of the cone roller relative to the horizontal direction.

Candy Rope Sizer
● It can make candies of different sizes.
● The machine adopts one set of vertical candy rope sizing rollers and four sets of horizontal candy rope sizing rollers.
● Automatic temperature control; The speed is adjustable.
● The main principle of rope sizer machine is to operate by clamping the sugar bars coming out of the insulation roller bed with paired pulling wheels. These pulleys rotate at a constant speed in opposite directions, and the aperture of the sugar bars in the latter pair of pulleys is smaller than that in the previous pair of pulleys. The rotation speed is faster than the previous pair of pulleys, which reduces the diameter of the sugar bar and prolongs its length.
● There are two types of rope sizer machines: horizontal and vertical. Through this mechanical action, the stretching and forming of sugar bars are achieved.

LG-500 Candy Cooling Drum
Candy Cooling Drum is a continuous cooling unit for caramel and chewy masses. The unit comprises a specially designed hopper to receive the product from the cooker and spread it evenly on the surface of the drum. The drum is available with a diameter of 1000mm and 1300mm, the capacities up to 500kgs/h. The drum is cooled through cooling liquid circulation in the jacket of the drum's surface. The latter is lubricated continuously to prevent the product from sticking to it. The cooling liquid distribution in the cooling jacket is designed to use as little chilling energy as possible against the best possible cooling result, resulting in considerable savings in water and energy.
