What is bubble gum production line?
YC-BG2504 Full Automatic High Speed Square Bubble Gum Line: Taking the weight of 4.5 gram Gum as an example, with a packaging speed of 350pcs per minute, the production of bubble gum is about 100kg/h. YUCHO bubble gum machines are usually configured as follows:
1. 14 tray Gum base over 2 sets: It is used for bagging gum base It’s made of isolation material and normal steels. The electric heating tube is controlled by a temperature controller.
2. 40B Sugar Grinder 2 sets: Average size of Sugar Powder: 60-120 mesh.
3. 200L Blender 1set: Put the materials for gum base into the blender container according to the ingredient, heat up to make them soft. Turn on the blender until the gum are melted and become ropy.
4. Bigger Extruder (1-5 candy strips and 4 rollers) 1set: This equipment is used for extruding the chewy gum masses, the hopper is made of stainless steel, the screw is made of hardness steel with Teflon coating, the frame is made of normal steel with painting. The extruding head is warm kept by hot water.
5. Nine Layer Cooling Tunnel 1 set: Max Speed of Conveyor: 16m/min; Main motor power：2.2KW; Compressor Power：10KW; Dehumidifier power: 3KW; Frequency inverter: Schneider.
6. Cutting and Fold Packing machine 5 sets: Packing Speed：300-400 pcs/min; Type: Double Layer packing Type
7. Square candy stick wrapper 5sets: This stick wrapping machine is designed for packing rectangular-shape candies such as bubble gum, chewing gum or chewy candy etc. that have already been wrapped by former cut & wrap machine. This machine gets a heavy demand on the candy to be wrapped, thus it must be followed closely to our cut & wrap machine or those adopting European technique. The outer paper can be fed from the one reel printed. Photocell can track and lead the wrapping well according to photo marks on the wrapping paper. It can wrap 5-10 candy pieces in one stick pack on FLAT or on Edge on your choice.

Prepare the necessary raw materials, including gum base, sweeteners, softeners, spices, antioxidants, pigments, etc.
Mix all raw materials in the mixer to ensure uniform distribution. Further processing the mixed material through a refining machine enhances the texture and elasticity of the bubble gum.
Use a four screw extruder to extrude the material into strips or specific shapes.
Adopting a constant temperature control system, the extruded sugar paste is transported to a 5-layer freezer to ensure that the sugar paste does not deteriorate and the sugar bars are uniform and consistent.
Cut the cooled candy bars into the desired size. For "Big Bubble Gum", the cutting size will be larger.
Use cutting and forming pill packing machine or square candy stick wrapper to package the dried bubble gum in single pieces.
